Collaboration with ThoughtWorks BA Community
Xi’an Branch of IIBA China Chapter is currently in collaboration with the Xi’an BA Community of ThoughtWorks, Inc, the company famous for promoting Agile in the software industry and software customization for high-end companies with high reputation.  
IIBA and ThoughtWorks have the similar perception over Business Analysis and what Business Analysts can contribute to business values in all domains of our life. ThoughtWorks has made a great effort of coaching Business Analysts especially in the software industry in various forms of events: online contents sharing & surveys, offline discussions, workshops & bootcamps, etc.
ThoughtWorks has been a dream working place especially for Business Analysts for its advanced methods, tools and most importantly, the promotion of Business Analyst as a valued occupation.

BA Community Events: Introduction to IIBA
On the flexible and collaborative platform of Xi’an BA Community of ThoughtWorks, it’s easy to share knowledge and experience with other BA professionals. With the popularity of the resources IIBA provides to the world, Xi’an, as an ancient city in China but with high capability of technology innovation, is also starting merging into the big trend of putting more emphasis on Business Analysis and Business Analysts. 
Xi’an Branch of IIBA China Chapter is striving to enable more Business Analysts to have a chance to delve into the industry-level Business Analysis process, tools, and methods. This BA Community Event is just a starting point. 
In this event, attendees proactively asked questions about certification process and what benefits we can get from IIBA. It demonstrates that there is a great potential that the notion, methods and tools from IIBA can be spread wider in this city.
