Aaron是拥有二十年以上相关领域工作经验的资深商业分析师。他曾经作为高级商业分析师与商业分析主管在从金融保险行业到软件与IT咨询公司的一系列组织中担任重要职务。

作为在2011年即获得认证的国内首批IIBA认证商业分析师（CBAP），他通过主持专题论坛、为各大企事业单位提供商业分析培训并协助支持国内从业人员获得国际认证，从而在提升国内企业对于IIBA与BABOK的认知与接受方面扮演了重要角色。

作为IIBA中国分会的主要发起人，他在中国分会申请与组建的过程中承担了重要工作，并将继续致力于IIBA与BABOK在中国的推广。

他拥有信息资源管理硕士和MBA学位。

Aaron is a business analysis expert with more than 15 years of experiences in the domain.  He has served as a senior business analyst and then as a BA leader in a number of orgianzations, covering the industries ranging from Finanace/Insurance to software and IT consulting.

As one of the first Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) since 2011, Aaron has played a major role in raising the awareness of IIBA and BABOK in China, by hosting forums, prividing business analysis trainings in many companies and orgainzations, and helping practitioners achieve their certifications.

As the founding member of IIBA China Chapter, Aaron has undertaken important work during the application and founding of the chapter, and will continue to focus on promoting IIBA and BABOK in China.

Aaron holds an MS in Information Resources Management, as well as an MBA degree.

With over 10 years of experience in product operations management,  Dabin zhu is well-versed in various international certification frameworks and standards. Currently, he focus on bridging international certification knowledge systems with practical implementation in the domestic business landscape.

Gary is currently a regional manager for IT in Asia Pacific for a California-based MNC with a sharp focus on business engagement and IT portfolio running. He has extensive experience in SE Asia, North Asia, and India.

A lot of well-known IT certifications had achieved: CBAP, ITIL Expert, CGEIT, CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, Change Management, TOGAF, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 and Lean Six Sigma. Apart from his work, he is very active in spending his spare time to give-back to the society (helping the community and mentoring the students).

Gary is holding Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management. He enjoys travelling and meeting different people.
